At St John's we value giving our pupils the opportunity to hear their teachers aloud daily. The books in our reading spine provide a core of excellent read aloud texts for each year group, introducing many key authors at the appropriate age. Pupils are introduced to a wide range of authors, genres and formats by the time they move to Secondary School.
